Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
* Work with clients to understand their hiring needs & solve their problem
* Advertise roles and create engaging strategies to attract top talent
* Interview candidates to match their skills to exciting opportunities
* Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
* Bring on new business and grow your niche patch
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree Educated OR
* Sales Experience required (Door 2 Door, Telesales, B2B, B2C) OR
* Recruitment Experience required (6 months+)
* Financially Driven & Ambitious
* Social Personality
