The Role
As a Digital Analyst, you’ll be responsible for delivering digital acquisition and performance reporting across web and app channels. Combining hands-on tracking implementation with insight-led analysis, you’ll help identify opportunities to optimise digital journeys, improve conversion, and drive sustainable growth.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to ensure data-driven decisions sit at the heart of digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Own digital marketing reporting across web and app
* Track performance using GA4 and AppsFlyer
* Implement and maintain tracking via GTM
* Build automated dashboards (e.g. Power BI) and present clear insights
* Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives
* Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data-led decision making
* Monitor competitors and digital banking trends
About You
* Strong experience with GA4, GTM, and app attribution tools
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
* Confident communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Commercially minded and comfortable in fast-paced environments
* Experience in FinTech, digital banking, or subscription products (desirable)
