Associate Support Analyst
, on ChemoCare, you'll be the friendly expert users turn to - solving problems, guiding people through issues, and learning new skills every day.
What You'll Do
* Triage and resolve first-line tickets within agreed SLAs, keeping users updated throughout.
* Capture clear notes, maintain the knowledge base and contribute to simple, reusable how-tos.
* Assist with software installs/configuration (remote, with occasional on-site support).
* Support patching, basic testing and roll-outs with senior colleagues.
* Follow sensible processes that protect confidentiality and patient safety.
What You'll Bring
* A curious, customer-centred mindset and great communication - written and verbal.
* Logical problem-solving: you can break issues down and try things methodically.
* Comfort with PCs and basic admin tasks
Exposure to any of the following is a plus (not a must):
* Remote tools (MSTSC, VPN, VNC, RAS)
* Windows/IIS basics, permissions, ODBC/Citrix
* SQL Server/T-SQL reading simple queries
* Behaviours that shine in fast-moving teams: humility, ownership, collaboration and integrity.
