Regional HR Business Partner - Hybrid (4 days onsite with 1 day WFH)
We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support a well-established care group across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys driving engagement, performance and people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Regional and Home Managers to deliver the people strategy across multiple care homes.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organisational development.
* Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
* Support senior leadership in building a high-performance culture aligned with organisational values.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practice.
* Working with the wider People Team to deliver a true generalist HR role to your region.
* To work collaboratively as part of the People Team to project manage new initiatives into the business, alongside support with future acquisitions.
* To understand the unique challenges of the care sector and the additional legislation. Previous experience in the care sector an advantage but not essential.
