Join to apply for the Transferee - PPU Constables role at West Midlands Police. This is a Transferee Constable role; to be eligible to apply you must already be a substantive Police Officer from a UK Home Office Police Force. West Midlands Police is recruiting experienced and passionate transferees at the rank of Constable and Detective Constable, as well as aspiring transferees working towards Detective status.

Eligibility Criteria
* Substantive in the rank of Constable
* Serving (or have served) with a Home Office Force
* PIP 2 accredited, in the process of becoming PIP 2 accredited, or willing to undertake PIP accreditation and related training
* Able to pass the 15 metre JRFT to bleep level 5.4
* Able to provide a fully auditable training record
* Able to pass vetting and medical health and assessment screening
* No outstanding disciplinary or integrity issues
* Flexible and part-time working supported
* Good understanding of the investigation process
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with victims, colleagues and partners
* Ability to plan, prioritise and manage risk
