Role & Responsibilities Manage and lead a varied caseload of commercial disputes including shareholder/director issues, construction and infrastructure disputes, property and contractual litigation. Work directly with high-profile clients, developing strategic dispute resolution approaches and collaborating with counsel where necessary. Take ownership of files from instruction to resolution - drafting pleadings, managing hearings (including High Court work), and negotiating settlements. Mentor and support junior team members, helping to shape a strong and collaborative department culture. Contribute to business development and help expand the team's commercial litigation offering. Required Skills & Experience Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation or defence litigation and High Court exposure. Experience handling or assisting on complex disputes, such as shareholder, property, or construction-related matters. Excellent drafting, advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills. A proactive, self-sufficient approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong commercial awareness and commitment to delivering practical, solution-focused advice.
