HLTAs have whole class responsibility providing cover for PPA and leadership time across the school. The successful candidate will be covering PPA in both EYFS and KS1. The working pattern for this position is Wednesday & Thursday 1.00 - 3.45pm We are looking for someone who…: Has experience of working with children in KS1 and EYFS. Is warm, friendly and understanding, and is able to form excellent relationships with children, families and staff members. Has high expectations of all aspects of school life for others and for themselves. Has experience of providing cover for whole classes. Has a secure knowledge and experience of working with children with various needs including SEMH, ASD, and ADHD. Has a strong and unwavering commitment to safeguarding children.
