The Role:
As a Client Partner, youll be responsible for building and developing long-term client relationships, delivering top-level service, and driving revenue by placing high-calibre candidates into leading accountancy firms.
Your Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and growth plans.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, direct applications, and networking.
Recruitment Process Management: Own the full 360 recruitment cycle from client brief to placement - ensuring a seamless, professional experience.
Consultative Sales Approach: Advise clients and candidates with a strategic, value-led approach - not just "filling jobs".
Business Development: Expand your own client base and contribute to ProTalents continued market growth.

Early finish on Fridays - 1:00 PM
Realistic OTE: Year 1 £45K-£60K Year 2 £70K+
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
* Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (early finish!)
