Senior Quality Inspector
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Industry: Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed inspections of manufactured components and assemblies
* Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in line with company and industry standards
* Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
* Identify non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement
* Maintain accurate inspection and test records
* Support audits and compliance activities as required
Essential Requirements
* Level 2 NDT qualification (essential)
* Proven experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and inspection techniques
* Experience using a range of inspection tools and measuring equipment
* High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* Experience in a senior or lead quality role
* Knowledge of ISO quality standards
* Background in precision or regulated manufacturing
