Role Title: Volunteer Goal Keeper Coach

Reports to: Head of Academy Goalkeeping
Key Internal Relationships: Head of Academy Goalkeeping, Academy Management Team, Lead Phase Coaches and Casual Coaches.

Walsall Football Club Academy is looking for a Volunteer Goalkeeping Coach.
We are seeking passionate and committed Volunteer Goalkeeping Coach to support the delivery of our Academy Coaching Programme across relevant age groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a professional football development environment and play a key role in nurturing the next generation of talent.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
* An ability to differentiate tasks based on ability and key stages of player/child development.
* An approachable manner towards young people.
* Willing to work flexible and unsociable hours including evenings and weekends.
* Supporting the delivery of age specific syllabus to players in their charge.
* Completing online and electronic reviewing and assessments of players and sessions if required.
* Communicating effectively with all team members and reporting back to the Lead Phase Coach.
* Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of excellent coaching.
* Complete all work / tasks to deadline in a timely manner
* All other duties that may be reasonably required to support the effective delivery of the Academy programme
· To set high standards of professionalism and demonstrate a high standard of conduct across ALL Academy and wider club activity
· Be aware of and follow the procedures for recording accidents.
· Demonstrate the Academy & wider club values and behaviours at all times
· Any other duties as may be required by the Club from time to time

Qualifications & Experience:
* FA Level 2 Coaching Licence (UEFA C)
* FA National Goalkeeping Course
* FA Safeguarding Children Certificate (must be in date)
* Must successfully pass an FA Enhanced DBS check
* UEFA B Licence
* UEFA A Licence
* FA Advanced Youth Award
* FA Level 2 Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF)
