Remote (UK-based) + International Travel to Germany
£60,000 - £70,000
We're partnering with a client to hire an ERP Implementation Consultant / Engineer to play a key role in a multi-year ERP transformation programme across Germany and the UK .
This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementations, starting with a major Epicor rollout in Germany, followed by future UK projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support full ERP implementation lifecycle (discovery ? design ? deployment ? support)
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
Act as the key on-the-ground technical lead for ERP delivery alongside external consultants and US-based teams
Support system configuration, testing, and rollout activities
Deliver user training and knowledge transfer
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement
Help shape best practices and implementation approaches across multiple projects
Key Skills and Experience
Essential:
Proven experience delivering ERP implementations end-to-end
Hands-on approach - not just project management
Strong understanding of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain etc.)
Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
Ability to estimate effort, timelines, and delivery risks
Desirable (but not essential):
Epicor ERP experience (highly advantageous)
Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar
German language skills (particularly valuable for UK-based candidates)
