Shire is a trusted, family-run provider of high-quality homecare services across your local area. We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our well-established team.
You’ll be supporting a young lady living with Autism and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), in her own supported living home. Due to the complexity of her needs, she requires full-time 1-to-1 support.
Your Role:
You’ll help promote independence while providing day-to-day support with:
* Cooking and meal preparation
* Cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
* Personal hygiene and self-care
* Accessing the community and participating in meaningful activities
* Companionship
