The Role
Youll deliver a range of surveying duties across residential housing stock, focusing on:
* Overseeing planned capital works, property repairs and maintenance programmes
* Managing and assessing disrepair claims in line with legislative and policy frameworks
* Conducting detailed damp and mould inspections, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective remedial action
* Applying HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) knowledge to ensure housing standards are fully met
About You
Were looking for an individual who brings a proactive and solution-focused approach with:
* Proven experience working within a Housing Association or Local Authority environment
