We are working with an established regional main contractor who has been operating across the South and M4 corridor for over 50 years. They have recently opened a new office near Newbury and are now looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their existing commercial team.

The role involves working with preconstruction teams and directors from contract award stages to handle procurement and initial cost planning. You will then manage packages on-site, overseeing financial matters such as payments, valuations, variation accounts, CVRs, forecasting, and planning across multiple projects. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects and supporting junior team members.

You will have the opportunity to manage your workload to suit your skills within an agreed framework, with full autonomy to make decisions that benefit the project and the business. You will also help train and develop junior and trainee team members.
