We’re working with a fantastic company that’s looking for a Credit Controller to join their friendly and supportive Finance team. What You’ll Be Doing: * Supporting the Credit Team in managing customer accounts * Contacting customers by phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments * Helping to meet monthly cash collection goals * Assisting with resolving payment issues quickly and efficiently * Learning to reconcile customer accounts and keep records up to date * Working closely with other teams, including Sales and Invoicing What We’re Looking For: * Some experience in admin, customer service, finance, or similar – or a strong interest in starting a career in credit control * Confident communicator, both written and verbal * Organised, reliable, and willing to take initiative * Comfortable using Excel, Word, and Outlook * A team player with a can-do attitude Benefits * Quarterly bonus * Flexible working * 25 days holidays bank holidays If you are interested in this job role please submit your application, alternatively you can give us a call to be the first to apply Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
