Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and deliver our Systems Thinking approach across Allianz Germany to support the implementation of the different business areas' strategic goals. As Systems Thinking Lead Consultant, you will work with C-Suite executives and Senior Leaders throughout the business to create and deliver more effective services and transformation in performance, both in people and customer outcomes. The role requires maintaining a strong risk and control environment, with a shift in leadership thinking aligned to Systems Thinking.
This position is home-based in the UK, with regular travel to Allianz offices in Germany.
Key Accountabilities
* Establish a strategy and approach for implementing Systems Thinking within Allianz Germany and support the business to embed this.
* Lead the delivery of interventions designed to enhance customer experience, deliver benefits, and improve operational processes.
* Ensure sustainability of initiatives at all levels, developing management practices and measures to support this.
* Support, coach, and mentor others in Systems Thinking methodologies, including fellow Change Agents, leaders, and managers.

Experience
* Extensive experience applying Systems Thinking methodology (Vanguard method) in the General Insurance market or other Financial Services; capable of building this capability in others.
* Proven ability to develop strategy, create business cases, and drive delivery aligned with customer needs.
* Confident interaction at all organizational levels, including with executives and third parties.
* Understanding of internal and external system impacts.
* Practical experience working with senior leaders across multiple system archetypes.
* Exposure to automated and offshored processes.
