What you’ll be doing
* Maintain and support industrial energy installations, including LTHW and Steam boiler houses, ensuring sites remain compliant with relevant legislation and all documentation is completed accurately.
* Carry out daily operational checks, reactive maintenance tasks, and general housekeeping duties, with additional support provided to the Effluent Treatment Plant as required.
* Identify and control safety concerns, create and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and manage on‑site contractors to ensure safe working practices.
* Participate in a 7‑day, 1‑in‑3 on‑call rota, including weekend working, to provide reactive support to industrial customers.
* Contribute to a positive team working environment, supporting colleagues and the wider business to deliver a high standard of service.
What we’re looking for
* Mechanical Engineering qualification
* Experience in a similar role
* IT Skills
* UK driving licence
* Steam experience would be desirable
* Electrical knowledge would be desirable
