Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional nursing care in line with NMC standards and CQC requirements.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
* Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring best practice is maintained.
* Promote a safe, caring, and supportive environment for residents.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to audits and compliance processes.
Requirements
* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
* Minimum 2 years nursing home experience.
* Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
* Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements.
* Experience supervising or mentoring care staff.
