Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the business on retail and event campaigns. This is a hands-on role combining administration, brand activations, and creative content.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for retail and events.
* Support brand activations in-store, online, and at events.
* Ensure consistent brand voice and presentation across all channels.
* Contribute fresh, creative ideas to help grow brand awareness and community engagement
* Social Media & Digital
* Support the management of social media channels with a 7-day presence.
* Help plan, create, and schedule engaging content.
* Stay on top of trends and contribute ideas to keep the brand relevant and inspiring.
* Assist in community engagement.
* Support website updates, e-commerce campaigns, and email marketing.
* Monitor performance and help compile reports to inform future activity.
* Provide day-to-day admin support.
* Assist in the management of campaign calendars, trackers, and content schedules.
* Liaise with suppliers, ambassadors/influencers, and partners to coordinate marketing activity.
* Assist with presentations, reporting, and collateral creation.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* A genuine passion for running, fitness, or active lifestyle culture.
* Confident on social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Strava, YouTube, LinkedIn).
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for retail and events.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Flexible to cover evenings and weekends for events
Desirable:
* Graduate Business/Marketing Degree
* Experience in a marketing, communications, or social media role.
* Experience in retail or e-commerce marketing.
* Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
* Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CMS tools.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance.
