Job Summary

The role of the Transplant Collaborative Clinical Lead is to provide leadership to the regional transplant collaboratives, focusing on increased inter-unit collaboration and quality improvement initiatives ensuring equity of access and best outcomes for all recipients.
The Transplant Collaborative Clinical Lead will develop and lead the national transplant collaboratives’ strategy and workplan.
As the Transplant Collaborative Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in the delivery of our strategy Organ Donation and Transplantation : Meeting the Need.
Working alongside National and International leaders in the field of Donation and Transplantation you will be an integral member of the OTDT Clinical Team.
