Reward Partner – Pensions &Benefits

We’re looking for a Reward Partner to join the Reward, Policy &People Services team, to provide specialist Reward knowledge and insights that arecritical to supporting the delivery of the overall business plan, as part ofthe People Plan. There are some key business projects in the People Plan forthis year that the Reward team will play a key role in.
This role will focus on the development of benefits,pensions and reward policy,supporting the overall Reward strategy for the whole of Bourne Leisure – boththe Haven and Warner Hotels brands.
You will research, design, implement, and manage, benefits, policies, alongwith supporting cyclical Reward and People Services activities.
Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Supporting development and communication of our Total Reward offering and ourEVP
- Designing, implementing, managing, and reviewing benefits, pensions, rewardpolicies and all associated employee communications - Acting as project lead on the feasibility, proposals,approvals and implementation of benefits and other Reward activities -Partnering with teams across the business to ensure we’re offering Rewardinitiatives that are fit for purpose and aligning with business needs.
- Managing third party providers including contract management, market reviewsand tender processes
What we’d like you tobring:
- Strong, broad Reward expertise, ideally gained from a hospitality or retailbusiness.
- Practical, hands-on Reward delivery experience, with a particular focus on benefitsand policy
- Strong analytical and scenario modelling skills, including advanced Excelskills, with the ability to interpret data and translate into meaningfulinformation for others.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability topresent credibly to Senior Leadership
- Excellent problem-solving skills
