You will join our Sound United Business Unit with iconic brands like Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Polk Audio, Definitive Technology, Classé, and Boston Acoustics, based in Eindhoven, in the Netherlands in the position of:
Purchaser - Spare Parts

What You Will Do:
4. Purchase Spare Parts by placing weekly orders with vendors based on demand and inventory levels
5. Monitor back-orders and track expected delivery dates to ensure timely fulfillment
6. Verify incoming invoices and process goods receipts accurately in SAP
7. Create, maintain, and update spare parts material records in SAP
8. Manage stock through product life cycles, product introduction, support periods and planned end of life, minimizing obsolescence.
9. Create purchase orders in SAP and maintain related procurement data pricing, safety stock levels, and alternatives)
10. Inform customers on time about back-orders and ETAs
11. Keep the Service Manager and team informed about the most urgent backorders and their estimated time of arrival (ETA)
12. Perform regular (weekly) follow-up on backorders to ensure availability and service levels are met
13. Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to meet service requirements (within defined SLA of 5 working days)
What You Need to Be Successful:
14. At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or a related field
15. Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel
16. Fluency in English
17. Strong technical affinity and basic understanding of electronics
18. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
19. Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
20. Ability to follow company policies and relevant local regulations
Bonus Points if You Have:
21. German and/or Dutch language skills
22. Education in a related field
23. Prior experience working in cross-functional, international teams
24. Experience in the electronics or audio industry

25. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with 3 days per week in the Eindhoven office
