Salary: NJC Grade D: £25,992 - £27,711 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked) Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. (Mondays to Thursdays: 08:30-16:30, Fridays: 08:30-16:00) We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and inspirational practitioner to work with and support a range of students, enabling them to achieve their full potential. This post is to start in September 2025. You will work closely with the Head of Year and other staff to identify barriers to learning and deliver effective support in order to raise students’ achievement and improve their life chances. You will also need to work closely with parents and carers to establish positive home/school partnerships. We are looking for individuals who have the vision, energy and resilience to support students. If you are reliable, tenacious and enthusiastic, a good communicator, and can demonstrate that you have the relevant skills, training or experience to make a positive difference to the lives of our secondary aged students, we would welcome an application from you.
