We’re currently hiring graduates to join Amazon Operations in the United Kingdom. Opportunities are available at multiple locations across the country, with start dates from July through October 2026.
Key job responsibilities
* Promote a culture of safety and well‑being.
* Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain high levels of quality and productivity, ensuring business objectives are met across all shifts.
* Support and lead a team, handling administrative work while building and maintaining a strong team culture.
* Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
* Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
A day in the life
You’ll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site, monitor and maintain process efficiency, and handle routine team management and daily operational tasks. You will also address individual escalations, conduct process improvement work, and plan wide‑scale operational contingencies.
Working as a key part of the operations team involves collaborating with colleagues in other teams and external partners to ensure we meet customer demands and targets. This includes analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area and discussing the operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.
About The Team
Customer Fulfilment (CF) is the foundation of Amazon’s business, handling more than 1.5 million orders every day. CF operates in Fulfilment Centres that are at the heart of Amazon’s fast‑paced Operations network. The team manages dynamic inventory and facilitates speedy deliveries round the clock, supporting a wide range of skill sets from physical product handling to data analysis.
Basic Qualifications
* Completed university degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
* Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
* Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
* Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
* Experience working in a logistical environment.
* Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
