The Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and adoption for our internal clinic-facing products—especially our in-house Patient Management System (PMS), Vetup, used across the UK, Canada, and France.
What You'll Do
* Research & Insight; Champion the voice of clinical and operational users, & gather feedback and benchmark insights to inform product development
* Strategy & Launch; Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape features, Own go-to-market plans for feature releases & align stakeholders across markets on what's launching and when
* Messaging & Enablement; Define positioning and messaging for new features, create launch collateral: decks, one-pagers, videos, case studies
* Optimisation; Track feature usage and adoption & work with product teams to refine tools and improve engagement
What You'll Bring
* Experience in B2B or B2B2C product marketing, ideally with low-tech audiences (healthcare a plus)
* Strong collaboration skills across complex, multinational environments
* Proven success in driving product launches and adoption
