£50k–£60k Basic + £600pm Car Allowance / Company Car + Uncapped Bonus (Realistic to £80k+)
Proper SME sales role in a £30m engineering manufacturing business. No corporate fluff. Good products, loyal customers, and the chance to build something.

The Role
You’ll inherit a small group of engineering and manufacturing accounts and develop them, while also bringing in new customers.
* Sell engineering / manufacturing solutions
* Build relationships with engineers, production managers and buyers
* Grow existing accounts and expand spend
* Win new manufacturing customers
* Develop a territory worth £1m+ over time
Split roughly 70% new business / 30% account growth.
What They’re Looking For
* B2B sales experience (engineering / manufacturing helpful)
* Comfortable talking to technical people and engineers
* Strong relationship builder
* Someone who enjoys winning new accounts
* Self-starter who likes autonomy in an SME
This Role Is Not For Everyone

* Sitting in an office waiting for enquiries
* Selling low value / high volume products
* Being heavily managed

The Opportunity
