We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Services Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of building services across our North Wyke Estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, including reactive and PPM maintenance, ensuring all building systems operate efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Supervise and coordinate the work of the building service engineer.
2. Ensure the smooth operation of all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, LEV, fixed laboratory gases, Legionella, fire safety, and general maintenance.
3. Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure and systems to identify potential issues or maintenance needs.
4. Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance programmes to minimize downtime and ensure building systems are operating at peak efficiency in line with SLA/KPI’s.
This is a full-time position, initially for a 3-year fixed term, with a salary from £29,842 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
