We have an exciting opportunity in the Swindon area and are recruiting for Warehouse Team Leaders to join a busy warehouse operation.
As Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high productivity, and adherence to health and safety standards.
About the Warehouse Team Leader role:
Working across Monday to Friday 2 x Fixed Early Shifts (6am:2pm) positions available 2 x Fixed Late Shifts (2pm:10pm) positions available Competitive salary of 33K per annum Permanent contract to start May / June 2026 Based in West Swindon area
Key Responsibilities for the Team Leader role:
Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives Conduct daily briefings, allocate workloads, and monitor performance Train staff and manage shift coverage Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Maintain stock accuracy and support cycle counts Promote safety first culture, ensuring H and S best practices / processes are adhered to at all times Use WMS and ERP systems for inventory control Report KPIs and resolve discrepancies.
Experience / Skills required for the Warehouse Team Leader role:
Experience of working in a Warehouse / Logistics environment is essential Experience of leading / supervising a team Strong communication and organisation skills
