Our global law firm client seeks a real estate lawyer with 4 to 8 PQE to join its Birmingham real estate team.

Clients include major developers, government bodies, funders, investors and local authorities.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained 4-8 PQE in real estate, together with a strong academic background, an outgoing personality and must be a team player with a strong client-focused approach.
Experience wise you will have been involved in development-related work and regeneration projects for the public sector. You will play a key role in the team’s public sector-led development practice and in doing so will work closely with, and be an integral part of, the well-established national public sector development team across the PM offices.
