We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Halifax, UK for a Hybrid opportunity. The ideal candidate should be available to work on-site at the client’s location 2-3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
Job Description
• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.
• Provide hands-on development expertise, creating robust and scalable ServiceNow configurations.
• Work closely with clients, leveraging exceptional client-facing skills to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Apply a strong appreciation of design and architecture principles to create efficient, reliable systems.
• Work closely with offshore development teams to deliver the outcomes.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD module design, development, and implementation.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD integration with Workday.
• Strong client-facing abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of architecture principles and how they apply to ServiceNow projects.
• Minimum 6+ years on ServiceNow with 12-15 years overall experience delivering a wide range of change initiatives
