What Youll Be Doing
As part of the Qualified Teaching team, you will:

Deliver support and instruction based on behaviour analysis and positive reinforcement techniques to help autistic pupils accelerate their learning.
*
Work with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, using specialised support plans to help them reach their full potential
*
Design, plan, and deliver the wider school curriculum and special events to enhance learning and development.
*
Collect, record, and analyse data to track progress and develop support plans
*
Contribute to the design of an engaging, differentiated school curriculum (long, medium, and short:term plans).
*
Lead and participate in educational visits and off:site activities (during school hours).
Key Requirements
To thrive in this role, you will need:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teaching and Learning Status (QTLS). (Early Careers Teachers must have completed a minimum of 1 year of the supported induction process in a mainstream setting).
*
UK school system teaching experience and an understanding of the National Curriculum in England.
*
An interest in or experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
*
Confidence in working with children who exhibit challenging behaviours.
*
The willingness to support with personal/intimate care where required.
*
A commitment to ongoing training and professional development

Compensation and Contract Details

Salary: From GBP34,398 per annum plus the GBP1000 Joining Bonus.

Contract: Term time Only.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:45am:4:45pm

Tuesday: 8:45am:5:30pm
*
Friday: 8:45am:4:30pm
