Commercial & Procurement Specialist – SC Cleared

We’re supporting the growth of a specialist delivery team working across major public sector and infrastructure projects. Due to continued demand, we’re looking for Commercial & Procurement Specialists to join a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Due to the nature of the role, active SC clearance is required.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end procurement and commercial support across major programmes. This includes shaping procurement strategies, managing supplier engagement, and supporting contract delivery in complex environments.
Typical work includes:
* Designing and running major procurements across digital, infrastructure, and professional services
* Developing commercial and contracting strategies
* Managing tender processes, supplier evaluation, and negotiations
* Supporting contract mobilisation and ongoing commercial management
* Advising on supplier performance, contract improvements, and dispute resolution
* Contributing to procurement transformation and capability improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Active SC Clearance
* Experience delivering complex procurements (public or private sector)
* Strong understanding of the full procurement lifecycle
* Experience drafting or advising on commercial contracts and agreements
* Confident stakeholder management across multiple levels
* Ability to operate in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Desirable:
* Public sector or regulated environment experience
* Familiarity with NEC contracts
* MCIPS, MRICS, or equivalent
