Typical shift as a Housing Concierge
Working 4 shifts from 7pm to 7am, followed by 4 days off. This role involves more than just monitoring CCTV or patrolling; it includes managing health and safety, patrolling for fire safety, ensuring security, investigating suspicious activity, raising alarms, and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and ensuring the safety of the building
* Patrolling premises and checking fire doors
* Responding to emergencies and suspicious activities
* Maintaining a clean environment

You bring:
* Experience supporting vulnerable populations (public service, military, etc.)
* Sociability and interest in people
* Attention to detail and behavioral insight
* Confidence in intervention and teamwork
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)
* Ability to use technology for CCTV monitoring, record keeping, and handovers
