Key Responsibilities
* Winning New Partnerships: Identify and qualify prospective direct partner opportunities through research and analysis, assessing strategic fit and potential business impact.
* Build and maintain a pipeline: Develop and nurture relationships with potential partners, engaging stakeholders throughout the sales process.
* Establish relationships: Build trust and credibility with key decision makers such as MDs, CEOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior developers.
* Present and negotiate: Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate commercial agreements aligned with company guidelines.
* Manage sales cycle: Oversee the entire process from initial engagement to onboarding and pilot programs, addressing challenges proactively.
* Define go-to-market strategy: Collaborate with partners to plan implementation, support, and revenue goals.
* Coordinate internally: Work with technical support and other teams to meet partner needs effectively.
* Work with legal and commercial teams: Negotiate contracts ensuring legal compliance and protection of company interests.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline, progress, and metrics, offering strategic insights.
* Support sales team: Assist the wider sales team to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
* Degree or relevant experience in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related fields; relevant training or experience may substitute for a degree.
* Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
* Experience in client-facing roles and/or the financial industry.
