We are recruiting a temp to perm Admin Assistant to join our client, a family run business near Marlow.
In this busy and varied role the successful candidate will support across the business and assist with events, operations, customer/client support and administration.
It's a fast paced and exciting role where no two days are the same.
Driving license preferred due to location.
Office based with flexibility to occasionally work some evenings or weekends (paid) to support at events.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support for events, including planning, documentation, equipment bookings, invoicing, and on-site assistance
* Assist with sales administration:
* Manage orders and sales reporting
* Support property and wider business functions: client enquiries, filing, invoicing, DPD labels, post sorting, and utility meter readings
* Represent the business at trade events
Skills/Experience
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous administrative experience in a multi-functional role preferred
