We are looking for a full-time Sales Negotiator for our Cambridge Office, working alongside a very experienced, driven, and friendly team of property professionals within Residential Sales and Lettings.
We've been in business in Cambridgeshire for nearly 200 years. We are a privately owned, independent partnership and make buying, selling and taking professional advice easy, enjoyable and rewarding.
We started life as cattle auctioneers back in 1825 and today we have six offices across the region offering advice on property, land, farms, fine art, tractors and steam engines, as well as hosting regular auctions for all of these divisions.

What will you be doing?
Providing a welcoming and first-class service to our clients and working closely with the team to negotiate sales.
You would be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis 9.00am to 4.00pm, with a day off in lieu.
Main Purpose / Scope of the role:
* Registering and qualifying applicants
* Arranging and carrying out viewings
* Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships
* Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner
* Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
* Leading negotiations and agreeing on sales
What will it take to be successful?
* 1-2 years of experience in Estate Agency in a Sales Negotiator role preferable but not essential
* The ability to manage a varied and rewarding workload, effectively organising tasks to meet multiple deadlines
* Proficiency in IT, with a keen interest in adapting to evolving technology
* Self-motivated individual who also enjoys working as part of a team
* A desire to provide excellent client care with a high level of attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
* The capability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
* Use of own vehicle which is insured for business use.
