The Role
In this FULLLY EMPLOYED position, our partners are given the flexibility of a SELF‑EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This is not a self‑employed position, which means we can provide our partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This includes learning and development, a local property centre, industry‑leading marketing technology and other tools to raise local brand awareness.
Our Partners
The best partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their personal brand and most importantly offering customers an experience they can rave about.
