Menlo Park are working with a superb GP Practice in Bournemouth, looking to add a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience and a background with Chronic Disease Management to join their close-knit, forward thinking team. They are looking for a Practice Nurse with strong Chronic Disease Management experience in all areas. You will have flexibility around start and finish times as well as the option to work full or part time. This is a superb opportunity for a Practice Nurse experienced in Primary Care.
Salary – £38,000 - £42,500 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks AL + Bank Holidays + Study + Indemnity
