Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the role is to assist in the organisation and management of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and other litigation documents, ensuring best practice and compliance with document preservation requirements across all litigation matters. The role will also involve supporting and maintaining databases for eDisclosure projects, providing technical and administrative assistance to the region.
* In addition, the position will work closely with our Innovation team, contributing to the procurement and internal promotion of litigation technology and AI tools to drive innovation within our contentious departments and across the wider firm.
* Project Management: Lead end-to-end management of e-disclosure projects, including the design and active management of document collection, review, and production for disclosure.
* Technical Setup: Oversee the technical aspects of disclosure exercises, including DRD questionnaires, review platform setup, and workflow design.
* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding data collection, litigation holds, and technical interventions.
* Data Extraction & Analytics: Advise on and implement suitable technical solutions (including AI and data analytics tools) to enhance disclosure review efficiency and accuracy.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage disclosure review teams, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
* Strategic Input: Work closely with case teams and associates to design and execute review strategies, including data culling and advanced analytics.
* Chargeable Expertise: Provide detailed, chargeable technical input to clients, differentiating the role from traditional litigation support hires.
Skills Required
* AI & Innovation: Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies in dispute resolution, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of legal tech innovation. Knowledge, skills & experience
* Extensive experience managing e-disclosure/litigation support projects, ideally within a law firm, legal service provider, or digital forensics/accountancy environment.
* Deep technical expertise in the design, setup, and management of disclosure exercises, including DRD questionnaires, review platforms, and workflow configuration.
* Hands-on experience with leading e-disclosure and review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace, Reveal, etc.).
* Strong understanding of data extraction, processing, and management techniques relevant to litigation and investigations.
* Strong knowledge of UK and international disclosure rules, protocols, and best practices.
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH weekly.
