About the Role
Due to continual expansion, we are seeking an Apprentice Project Assistant to join our busy operations team in Scunthorpe, while working towards a Business Administration qualification.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail, and the drive to grow their career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Account Manager and Project Coordinator with client enquiries.
* Communicate with Local Authorities to obtain required information.
* Assist in preparing job packs for the Account Manager.
* Work in line with Quality & Company procedures.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and Local Authorities.
* Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements.
* Provide general administrative support to the Business Support Manager.
Requirements
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients and customers.
* Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Previous experience in administration is desirable but not essential.
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: £7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
