Waldon Telecom, a part of M Group Services Telecoms Division, is an essential infrastructure services provider to the mobile telecommunication sector in the UK. We work on behalf of large mobile network operators to acquire, design, and construct mobile telecommunication base stations across the country. Location - you must be able to to commute to either our office in West Byfleet OR Diseworth Due to continued investment and forecast growth, we are looking for a PMO Business Analyst to join our Programme Management Office team - the information hub for projects and programmes. What will you be doing? As the PMO Business Analyst you will support the Programme Management Team by: Tracking the status of programme deliverables and milestones. Supporting the adoption of project lifecycles and deliverables. Programme level risk and issue coordination. Monitoring the status of projects transitioning through the life cycle to completion. Coordination of regular project and programme level reporting cycles. Post project reviews. What will your key responsibilities be? Governance & Control Implementing governance standards across a portfolio of programmes, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables. Carrying out delivery assurance reviews on processes as required by the Head of PMO. Planning, reporting & control Working with the Head of PMO to develop project standards, seeking contribution from Project Managers, HSEQ team, Business Development team and Build teams to ensure standards meet best practice and customer requirements. System efficacy between Oracle and SiteTracker. Organising workshops to identify areas of improvement for projects, documenting recommendations. Continuing to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle. Managing communications from the PMO mailbox including regular reporting cycle requests and receiving and processing client purchase orders on a timely basis. Preparing consolidated material from project reports for monthly review. Completing and distributing monthly director/senior management reports. Implementing the change control process across all projects. PMO reporting & governance specialist responsibilities Pre-project on boarding support to Head of PMO. Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time, cost and quality. What skills and experience are we looking for? Previous experience in programme co-ordination and administration. Previous experience of working within a structured project management framework. Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Excellent I.T. and database skills MS office in particular Excel and Access. Ability to link data insights to actionable business insights. Energetic and highly motivated. An exceptional team player, with the ability to integrate easily. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build positive relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage your workload and conflicting priorities in a pressurised work environment. Ability to work within a fast-moving technical environment. A problem solver who is committed to excellent service. Technical experience in the IT or Telecoms industry would be advantageous.
