We are working with a leading specialty Insurer to find a Risk Manager to help grow the team.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance Risk Management Framework and Risk Framework Policy
* Supports the business in identifying, managing, and measuring risk to include Insurance, Operational and Enterprise Risk issues.
* Keep the Risk Universe, Risk Register, and control documentation updated
* Coordinate and support the risk and control assessment cycle with senior stakeholders through the firm.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of Risk Management experience within the Lloyd's or London Market insurance environment.
* Proven ability to work effectively with senior management, underwriters, and cross-functional teams.
* Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and managing enterprise risk management platforms ("Decision Focus" experience is key).
* Highly analytical, proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines.
* Strong understanding of prudential regulatory requirements (Lloyd's, PRA, Solvency II/UK).
