Job Description
Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.Manage supplier payments and reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy.Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or disputes with vendors.Maintain records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Prepare regular reports on accounts payable activities for management review.Support the team in month-end and year-end closing processes.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and procedures.The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Lead should have:
Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role in the accounting & finance field.Strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting software.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.A proactive approach to managing financial tasks and processes.What's on Offer
