Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of schools across Hastings and the wider East Sussex area and is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a flexible or long-term basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, including those with previous experience in education, childcare, or other roles working with young people. It is also suitable for graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to build experience within a school setting.
