Offer description

What is a Practice Coordinator?

This is a new role within our practice and replaces the role of "receptionist" to better reflect the value provided by this role.

A practice coordinator's role is split across two key areas:

o Welcome Team – the front-of-house role focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences, managing appointments and payments, and being the first point of contact with professionalism and care.

o Admin Team – the behind-the-scenes engine room, responsible for handling calls and emails, keeping patient records up to date, supporting clinicians, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

· We seek their feedback about the applications we receive to ensure any new team members are a good fit

· Once we have reviewed the applications, we will send invites out to a number of candidates to attend for an interview so we can get to know each other better

· Applicants may then be invited to the practice for a day to shadow, to see how we operate day to day and meet our team in person
