Join Starbucks as a Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily store operations, ensuring coverage during all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2. Analyze store data and customer feedback to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor costs and recruit diverse, talented partners.
4. Implement new initiatives to enhance operational excellence and business results.
5. Support partner development through coaching, performance management, and relationship building.
6. Set and monitor goals to foster engagement and improve partner performance.
Qualifications:
* Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality environments.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
* Ability to drive profitability and business growth.
