Job Title Internal Communications Manager (Cambridge, MA) In this role you will be responsible for internal communications and employee engagement for Philips employees in North America, including strategic content development, creative internal activities, and strategic messaging for the leadership team. Your role: Using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues through creative and strategic communications planning, high quality writing and distribution based on key audience requirements. Consult with top leaders on strategic internal communications approaches and employee engagement strategies. Work across region, businesses, and functions to design and implement messaging and consistent, effective communication. Develop and execute integrated communications plans in support of leadership, business and organizational objectives and program priorities. Understanding of business strategy and critical role of communications in executing strategy. Maintain currency with new internal communications and employee engagement content trends, practices, and advancements. Partner closely with cross-functional and global peers to ensure coordinated planning and activation. You're the right fit if: You have a bachelor's degree. You've acquired 5 years of experience in strategic internal communications. Healthcare or technology industry experience, preferred. You have the ability to counsel our senior executives, you exhibit strong written and oral communications skills, you have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple activities at once. Your skills include managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong detail orientation and storytelling across multiple platforms and mediums.
