We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Principial PPP and Property Services team member focused on transport‑related assets. The role is based in London Chancery Lane or Birmingham Mailbox office.
* Project manage technical due‑diligence activities on high‑profile transportation projects.
* Lead and/or contribute to the technical delivery of due‑diligence projects.
* Assist in business development activities with existing and new clients.
* Support the team in achieving its strategic growth plans.

Requirements
* Track record in providing technical advice on PPP/PFI/P3 projects.

* Knowledge of infrastructure development stages and financial close.
* Experience reviewing PPP contracts, payment mechanisms, asset‑management programmes, risk assessment, and technical inputs into financial models.

Assistant Consultant (Commercial/Technical Due Diligence)
Location: UK (remote) – travel to client sites possible.
Key responsibilities include supporting delivery of projects, preparing business plans and due‑diligence reports, managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and preparing high‑quality reports.
* Support delivery of projects and advise clients on commercial and technical advisory assignments in transport, mobility, and emerging sectors.
* Assist in business development and client relationship management.
* Prepare analysis and reports, conveying complex issues simply.

WHS Remediation Site Manager, Due Diligence and Remediation
Role focuses on safe and compliant management of contaminated sites. Responsibilities include developing programs, managing sites post‑due diligence, reviewing engineering control designs, overseeing contractors, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Develop program across stakeholder teams.
* Assume departmental management of contaminated sites.
* Provide guidelines and review vendor designs.
* Support pre‑construction planning.
* Review tender packages.
* Review and validate material and site management plans.
* Coordinate and inspect contractors and consultants.
* Conduct site inspections and communicate risk.

Basic Qualifications

Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) / KYC Analyst – Private Banking
Location: Glasgow, UK (hybrid model). Five (5) experienced EDD Analysts required.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct EDD on private banking customers.
* Review and assess high‑risk individuals and entities (HNWIs / UHNWIs, PEPs, complex offshore structures).
* Perform in‑depth analysis of Source of Wealth and Source of Funds.
* Identify and document financial crime risks, red flags, and mitigating controls.
* Draft clear EDD reports in line with internal policy and UK regulatory standards.
* Escalate material risks and work closely with QA and management.
* Ensure work meets SLAs and quality expectations.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an EDD / AML Analyst in private banking or wealth management.

WHS Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation Manager
Role responsible for partnering with stakeholders to support real‑estate transactions, perform due‑diligence, scope and manage remediation projects, develop standards and policies, and implement the program.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a single point of contact for transaction teams.
* Complete reviews of due diligence information (Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, historical reports, regulatory agency assessments, health‑risk assessments, vapor mitigation plans).
* Evaluate and investigate potential exposure risks from building materials.
* Scope and manage Phase II site investigations.
* Perform Vapor Intrusion Screenings and Health Risk Assessments.
* Support and train teams to increase knowledge and efficiency.
* Draft mitigation plans for construction management of contaminated soil and groundwater during renovation activities.
* Liaise with Real Estate, Legal, Construction and Launch teams about mitigation and ongoing oversight.
* Provide review and feedback for work performed by contractors, developers, and consultants.
* Assist RE legal with drafting protective language concerning hazardous materials and pre‑existing contamination.
* Represent Amazon at appropriate levels with property owners and consultants.
* Prioritize and lead multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Extensive experience serving as an environmental technical resource, program specialist, or project manager.
* Knowledge of ASTM Phase I standards and other environmental protocols.
