Job Description:

This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial and technical, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internally.

Your Responsibilities
* Research and development of new Azure products and services
* Participate in private and public previews
* Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero'—testing and authenticating new products on internal services before external deployment
* Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to shape the technical roadmap
* Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
* Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
* Produce high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
* Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
* Collaborate with Product, Presales, Professional Services, and Managed Services teams
* Create scalable and repeatable blueprints for customer delivery
* Identify automation opportunities and work with teams to implement them
* Support vendor management and partner accreditation activities
