T&C Supervisor - Financial Services | Hybrid (Leeds) | Up to £59,000 Bonus A leading UK wealth management firm is seeking a Training & Competence (T&C) Supervisor to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards and supporting adviser development across the business. Key Details: * Location: Leeds (Hybrid working available) * Salary: Up to £59,000 7.5% on-target bonus * Hours: Flexible working arrangements The Opportunity: The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a range of advisers-employed, self-employed, and appointed representatives-ensuring they meet regulatory and internal standards. This includes delivering coaching sessions, one-to-ones, roleplays, and KPI evaluations, as well as supporting advisers with technical and compliance queries. While the role is primarily desk-based and remote, occasional field-based supervision will be required. Benefits Include: * 27 days holiday bank holidays (option to buy up to 10 more) * Pension scheme (up to 10% employer contribution) * Critical illness cover, income protection & death in service * Private medical and dental insurance * A wide range of flexible benefits Key Responsibilities: * Delivering supervision and coaching under the T&C scheme * Conducting one-to-ones and analysing performance data * Facilitating adviser inductions and annual roleplays * Supporting advisers via phone and email * Supervising trainee advisers, including client contact * Contributing to regional meetings and company events * Handling compliance tasks including AML, training, and procedures * Responding to technical, product, and regulatory queries * Identifying trends and driving continuous improvement Candidate Profile: * Minimum 3 years' experience in a T&C role within financial services * Level 4 Diploma qualified (support available for further study) * Supervisory qualifications (H15 or J07) desirable * Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, AML, and financial planning * Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills Culture & Values: This organisation prides itself on its inclusive culture, professional development opportunities, and flexible working ethos.
